3 Household earnings includes salary, hourly wages, tips, Social Security, child support, and other income. Income guidelines subject to change.

4 Minimum income listed may not apply to applicants with Section 8 or other qualifying rental subsidies. Asset limits also apply.

How Do You Apply?

The steps below must be followed to be considered for an apartment:

Complete and submit your waitlist application to Housing Partnership via email only at covererental@housingpartnership.com. Applications will be logged in the order they are received.

What Happens After You Submit an Application?

If you meet the program requirements, you will receive an invitation to submit documents when a vacancy becomes available.
Complete any remaining application requirements as instructed by Housing Partnership to finalize your eligibility.

Please note that we do not accept walk-ins or online applications. You must follow the exact steps above to be placed on the waiting lists.
