Over the past 50 years, Rockrose has developed over 15,000 residential residences and developed or acquired nearly 6 million square feet of office space and over 1 million square feet of retail space, totaling over 21 million square feet of residential, retail and commercial property. This impressive portfolio of approximately 70 projects spans New York City and Washington, DC. Most are anchors in areas they helped regenerate and define, part of our ongoing effort to create a positive impact on neighborhoods and communities.

Many of our projects have received favorable public review, in addition to being recognized with design awards by the Landmarks Preservation Commission and other City, State and Federal agencies.
